THE PENNSYLVANIA MANUAL

The Pennsylvania Manual is a comprehensive guide to Pennsylvania's government. For more than 200 years, the Commonwealth has provided this information for the benefit of Pennsylvanians. It is a valuable reference for schools, libraries, and the general public.

It includes Pennsylvania history, the constitution, and elections. It profiles the executive, judicial, and legislative branches including information on the powers, functions, and duties of those offices.

It is published biennially by the Bureau of Publications and can be found online here:
